Chip is a godsend and when needed, he is always at the ready and an amazing bartender. We adore him. There isn’t an item on the menu that I have tried, and I have tried almost everything, that I can’t rave about. It’s all fabulous. So if you haven’t J’S Place I highly recommend it.It was Restaurant Week and we decided to try J's Place in Middletown. If it was not for Restaurant Week we would not have realized that J's Place was open. The food was excellent. We had butternut squash soup and shrimp and scallop cerviche for appetizers. For the entrees we ordered scallops as one entree and the hanger steak for the other entree.Many were eating, as Jay calls them, small plates, at the bar. These are small samples of items served at the restaurant. These items are similar to tapas. As the evening progressed the dining room filled. It is nice to have another fine dinning place in downtown Middletown.I would highly recommend this place! ... This was my first time coloring my hair in Bangkok and I’m so glad I chose this salon. The color turned out beautiful and natural, just as I requested. I also tried the head spa—absolutely relaxing! The staff were so welcoming and skilled.
